What Sets the Label Apart

Sculpted seaming. Panel placement does structural work, supporting and shaping rather than just joining fabric. It is the same principle behind good tailoring, applied to a legging.

Choosing Pieces

Leggings are the foundation. The Bolt and Hampton styles cover different levels of compression, so choose based on what you are actually doing. High compression suits running, lifting and anything high impact. Lighter compression suits yoga, pilates and everyday wear.

Sports bras should be chosen by impact level rather than size alone. The boxing bra and structured styles handle high impact. Softer styles suit low-impact training and layering.

Bodysuits and body tanks give you a clean line with nothing to tuck or adjust mid-workout, and they carry into everyday wear under a jacket more easily than a standard tank does.

Shorts cover warm weather and studio training.

Hoodies and joggers are the layer on either side of the workout, and the pieces most likely to be worn for the rest of the day.

Fit Notes

Compression wear is meant to fit close. That snugness is the function, and sizing up defeats it, since the support comes from the compression itself.

If you are between sizes, size down in high-compression leggings and size up in anything with a fixed shoulder or a structured band, where the fit is less forgiving.

Waistband height changes how a legging behaves during movement more than the fabric does. A high rise stays put through bending and lifting. A mid rise suits lower-impact training.

For bras, check the band rather than the cup. The band does the support work, and a loose band is the most common reason a sports bra underperforms.

Care

Wash cold and always dry flat or on air. Heat is what destroys elastane recovery, which is the whole reason compression wear works.

Skip fabric softener entirely. It coats the fibres and ruins moisture wicking.

Wash after every wear. Sweat degrades elastic faster than the washing does, so leaving pieces in a bag overnight costs you more than the extra cycles.

Turn pieces inside out before washing to protect the surface and the seams.
