Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you refuse shipment from Cocosorisi.com, you will be held responsible for shipping charges (delivery and return fees).  Fees will be deducted from original purchase. Please note, Cocosorisi.com does not issue refunds for packages that have been delivered by the shipping carrier.   Customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier.  

Shipping Rates:
Free ground shipping for orders over $100.00
All orders 2-3 shipping days with a flat rate of $10.00
Next day air 1 business day $35.00
Next day service must be placed by 1:00pm EST to be processed the same day.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO. addresses or US territories.

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. CocoSorisi.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages 
Cocosorisi.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy 
Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to international fees, taxes, tariffs, etc.
